In recent years, the state has proposed to "speed up the progress of new infrastructure construction such as 5G networks and data centers", making "new infrastructure" a hot word of the current era. However, under the tide of "new infrastructure", how to seize this new opportunity and new starting point, accelerate digital transformation and promote development has also become the focus of attention of enterprises.
On September 9, the "2020 China Internet Manufacturing Summit" with the theme of "New Manufacturing Era" was held in Xiamen. Mr. Chen Jiancheng, Assistant President of Xiamen Yingqu Technology Co., Ltd., focused on "digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the new infrastructure era", saying that digital innovation will be the key to promoting its successful upgrading and transformation.
New manufacturing, "wisdom" to build. During the conference, the China-made think tank presented awards to enterprises that have made great achievements in innovation and application. Yingqu Technology was also the winner of the "2020 New Manufacturing and Innovation Model Award.
The Role and Dilemma of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the New Period
Six years ago, at that time, our country had not yet launched "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation". I studied Dr. Mark's "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" course at California State University, which gave a set of data. After World War II, 95% of the destructive innovation in the United States came from small and medium-sized enterprises. At present, the contribution of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises to social innovation also exceeds 70%. Why is innovation in the hands of small and medium-sized enterprises? Although there are tens of thousands of R & D engineers in large enterprises, there are not many people in each project, and the number of people assigned to real forward-looking and strategic innovation projects is even less. On the contrary, small and medium-sized enterprises do not innovate and do not survive. They often put all their energy into a certain innovation and become more focused and focused.
But at the same time, small and medium-sized enterprises are also facing very big difficulties. Whether it is from competition or management, or capital, talent, technology and market, they are all facing great pressure. If small and medium-sized enterprises want money and money, they need people and people. If they want business and business, they are not small and medium-sized enterprises today. Therefore, what small and medium-sized enterprises have been thinking and practicing is how to use the most limited combination of resources to create the greatest benefits. The digital transformation of enterprises is a comprehensive transformation of strategic development concepts, company organizations, business forms, and business methods.
New Infrastructure Environment
In 1998, U.S. Vice President Al Gore proposed "Digital Earth". In 2000, President Xi was in power in Fujian and proposed "Digital Fujian". At the same time, it was written into the outline of the Tenth Five-Year Plan of Fujian Province, and then proposed "Digital China" in 2017. Today, China's high-quality economic development has entered a new system, new power, and new direction. The troika model of economic growth moves from the traditional troika of consumption, investment and export to high-quality development. Since the introduction of the new infrastructure, the new infrastructure can be divided into three networks:information network(5G Infrastructure, Big Data Center, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Internet, etc.),energy network(new energy charging piles, UHV, smart grid, etc.) andtransportation network(railway, city rail, etc.).. Under the background of "new infrastructure", the integration and transformation of new information technology characterized by digitalization and various industries has become the main theme of the development of the times. If 2008 was named after the "iron rooster" (railways, roads, airports), we can now name the new infrastructure after the "digital chicken. At present, many cities across the country have begun to implement some policies of this digital economy. Wuhan is a representative and has also proposed some theoretical models, including ABCDG's model and 573 projects.
Digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises
New infrastructure is the supply side for SMEs, providing infrastructure and is representative of 5G, artificial intelligence, industrial Internet and Internet of Things. The digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises on the demand side is to build a digital world with full perception, full connection and full scene and full intelligence. Enterprises realize digital operation through the whole process. Small and medium-sized enterprises face many difficulties, including the entire production process, from manual operation to automated intelligent manufacturing. According to IDC's research and analysis of enterprise digital initialization, it is pointed out that the digital index of small and medium-sized enterprises points out that the ability of small and medium-sized enterprises is very insufficient, but on the other hand, it also tells us that there is a lot of room for development and improvement.
Many small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with the problem of buying a lot of systems, but their value is very limited. Therefore, small and medium-sized enterprises need to make investment in transformation and upgrading within a limited budget, which can be called lean. Intelligent manufacturing We often only pay attention to the end of production and supply chain. In fact, intelligent manufacturing has another meaning, that is, product intelligence. In the whole digitalized process business, the production built from product research and development, production and manufacturing, as well as the whole process of intelligent product service, are all the directions that small and medium-sized enterprises can strive.
At present, the industrial Internet platform in China as a whole is faced with the problem that large enterprises do not buy each other, do things in their own way, and repeat investment, while small and medium-sized enterprises are unable to buy the platform of large enterprises, because the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is facing a great bottleneck. Yingqu Technology has solved this problem by continuously developing UMS platform for more than ten years. At the same time, Yingqu has also built a relatively complete national innovation platform, from the national independent innovation demonstration enterprise to the national enterprise-level technology center, to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration, green factory, to post-doctoral research workstation, to build a national innovation platform.
And how can small and medium-sized enterprises find their own power point and then achieve digitization? Communication solves the connection between people, the Internet helps us build a cyber world from the real world, the Internet of Things solves the problem of connecting things, the Internet of Things and communication technology to achieve the Internet of Everything, and the Internet of Everything finally to move towards the intelligence of everything, is to rely on the new infrastructure mentioned technology, in the final analysis is digital.
At present, a mobile phone has more than a dozen sensors, light sensors, camera sensors, gravity sensors, etc. A car has more than 100 sensors. In our chairman's house, there are more than 300 sensors. When the car enters the garage of the community, the door of its garage opens, the car enters its garage, and the elevator is lowered. From the interconnection of all things to the intelligence of all things, from the traditional factory to the wisdom of the factory, with limited investment, to achieve intelligence.
Some people once questioned how a smart factory can have tens of thousands of sensors. In fact, the number of sensor applications is not a problem. Whether it is a digital sensor or an analog sensor, the average is more than ten dollars. If precision and high-tech sensors are involved, it is another matter. The problem is whether the company can catch the data it wants. Whether it is cloud computing, edge computing or fog computing, the benefits of installing sensors can be reflected. The calculation power of the data obtained by the industrial gateway is on the one hand, and ultimately the digital platform system behind the back.
The independent installation of sensors on each machine can achieve intelligent posture recognition, action track collection, centralized management and real-time status data presentation. Therefore, even if you are not on site, you can know the operation and production of each equipment, monitor the production of the whole factory, realize intelligence, help small and medium-sized enterprises to develop, and digitization further serves innovation.
With the data, even the scene application, the business owner should also try his best to excavate. The equipment will stop due to failure and resume normal production. This period of time can be recorded, warned and obtained. The management personnel can judge whether the maintenance response is reasonable for half an hour. Process judgment, the 60-second operation time specified in the operation instruction, after three months of data analysis, can judge whether the operation process can be improved.
It is hoped that small and medium-sized enterprises will grasp the dividends of new infrastructure, do a solid job of digital transformation, and drive the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing.
